Award Shields for Formal Recognition
The shield is one of the most formal recognition gifts in the Kingdom, usually presented at ceremonies, official visits and the close of conferences. Because it is displayed on a wall or desk, the logo and the recipient's name remain visible for a long time. This section is part of Uplit's printed promotional items range.

Who Orders Award Shields?
Government bodies and companies present them to partners, sponsors and official guests, while universities and schools honour top students and teachers. They are also given at the close of conferences and exhibitions to speakers and participating organisations, and at National Day, Founding Day and Ramadan events.
How to Order Award Shields
Choose the shield style, then send your logo, the thank-you text, the recipient's name and the quantity. Our design team prepares the layout and sends a proof for approval, then we laser engrave or sublimation print depending on the shield.
Production takes 1–10 business days after approval, with delivery inside and outside Jeddah. Request a quote for the full details.
FAQ
What is the difference between wooden and sublimation shields?
Wooden shields carry an engraved plate or medallion for a formal look, while sublimation shields allow full-colour photos and logos.
Can the full thank-you text go on the shield?
Yes. We lay out the text with your logo, the recipient name and the date, and send a proof for review before production.
Do shields come in boxes?
Yes. Several shields come with a gift box that protects them and makes the presentation more elegant.
Can we order shields with different names?
Yes. Send the list of names and each shield will carry its recipient name with your common logo.
