Kiss-Cut Sticker Design Tips
When designing kiss-cut stickers, keep the following in mind:
- Each sticker must be at least 1″ and spaced at least 0.25″ from other stickers and the edge of the sheet.
- Use a 1 pt. stroke in 100% magenta to define the kiss-cut line around each sticker.
- The cut line should not have sharp corners, with a typical corner radius of 0.125″; 0.04″ at the minimum.
