A square badge reel is the ID holder that clips to a uniform or belt and lets the wearer pull the card out to be scanned, then lets it retract on its own. The square face is less common than the round one, so it gives a team a look of its own.

The body is moulded in hard plastic that survives knocks and daily handling. A clear strap with a metal snap comes out of the base and threads through the slot in the card. The square face is completely flat, and that flat panel is the branding area.

The shape is square with rounded edges, as the photographs show. Stocked colours include black, white, red, green, light blue and dark blue, plus a polished silver version. There is no price calculator on this page, so the price is confirmed on request once quantity and colour are set.

Branding is digital printing finished with a clear epoxy layer over the square face. The epoxy protects the artwork from scratching and gives it a raised gloss that survives everyday use.

A single order can be one colour throughout or split by department. Send the logo as a vector file so the edges stay crisp inside the small square print area.

Pick the colour and quantity, then upload the logo or text for the square face. We send a proof and confirm the final price before production starts.
